Book Review – Raise your vibration

‘111 Practices to increase your spiritual connection’ By Kyle Gray.

If you’ve read any of my previous book reviews (especially the self help ones), you’ll know exactly how much they mean to me, and my purpose for reading them. But for those who haven’t, I’m on a spiritual journey if you will. Self help and spiritual awareness books are my go-to reads at the moment, and have been for a little while now.

Manifesting and building my spiritual awareness has become a major part of my life. As it has for many others, maybe more so now due to current circumstances. You have to have some interest in spiritual awareness to be able to manifest.. But that’s a whole other story, and this post is purely to review a book I’ve been reading. Maybe I’ll write all about it one day, who knows.

Anyway, this book is by far one of the best I’ve read. I’m relatively new to this whole spiritual thing and I’m very much still learning. This book being one of the first I’ve added to my collection that isn’t completely aimed at manifesting.. although it does touch on it a couple of times. In my experience, this book works well alongside Manifest Now by Idil Ahmed. I read them both on a morning.. you can find more about that on my updated morning routine post.

I love how easy this book is to follow, how easy the techniques are and how simply they can be added to your routine. All the techniques are aimed at our chakras. It is recommended to do 1 practice per day, in order to get the most out of it. Some techniques are to use while mediating, some are for yoga, others are to just simply speak. You can adapt them and use them however you feel most comfortable.

This is absolutely a book I didn’t know I needed, but thanks to recommendations, I’m very glad I picked it up. I bought my copy from Amazon, for around £8 I believe. It is completely worth the money and if you’re looking to get in touch with your spirituality or simply take steps to improve your life, then this book is for you!
