Here we go.. another self help book ticked off the ‘must buys’ list. You know me, I love a good book, especially a self help one. Something to get my attention and help me in manifesting everything I could ever want.
It is by an Author called, Idil Ahmed. I’ve followed her on Instagram for the longest time.. She is well known for her daily affirmations and just all round inspiring quotes. So it was only a matter of time before I bought her book.
I’d heard about this book all over social media for quite a while. But for some reason never got round to ordering it. So I figured since we were in lockdown, there was no better time to treat myself to some new books.. this being one of them. I ordered it from Amazon, it was £20, which seems a little pricey for a book, but completely worth it.
I was worried that because I do have quite a collection of self help books, that this one was going to be near enough the same.. it isn’t. Self help books in general, all talk about the same things. Just the difference between them is the authors perspective and personal experiences. This book though, has quite a lot more in than any other book I own.
It has a technique in there that I haven’t read anywhere else. It is called the ‘Manifest now technique’ a seven day speed manifestation. I’ve never actually come across a technique quite like it, obviously I’ve read and tried others but never one that claims to allow you to manifest in just seven days. I understand a lot of people will think this is a load of rubbish, but anything like that, I am absolutely here for. I haven’t tried it yet, but as soon as I do, I will update you all on it. (If you’ve tried it yourself, let me know.. I’m curious of the results).
There are so many extras in this book that I wasn’t expecting; Release it – 10 powerful techniques to use on a daily basis, Think it – 35 powerful thoughts to keep you focused and also, Affirm it – 100 affirmations. It is broken down into many chapters, which makes it so much easy to navigate around the book. If you want something specific, you can skip straight to that section without having to search through the entire book.
I use the affirmations on a daily basis and I am currently making my way through the powerful thoughts section. There is so much in here that you can read over and over again. I love books like this, it means I will be getting my money’s worth out of it. It shall stay with my other most used books and be in reach for any time I may need it.
Some books can be a little daunting, just mainly because they are filled with all this powerful information that sometimes can overwhelm us. This book isn’t like that; it’s extremely powerful, don’t get me wrong but it is an easy book to read an absorb and use in every day life.
If self help books are for you, then I definitely recommend giving this one a go!
