Impact Theory – is it worth watching?

Impact Theory has been my go-to YouTube channel for a little while now. Just mainly because I get so much from them..

I’ve mentioned before, I’m using this time as best as I can. Reading more, exercising often, eating better and filling my brain with as much useful information and tips to better my life as possible.

So I figured, Impact Theory was one sure way of bettering myself.

Just listening to someone else (and watching) is so therapeutic to me. Listening to their expertise on different subjects and sharing some much needed knowledge on things we all want to do in our lives has been perfect.. even more so during this time we’re in.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t watch every single video.. but I do watch quite a few. Like a lot of people, I am subscribed to the YouTube channel, so I get the notification whenever a new video is released. This makes it so much easier for me to nip on and see if it is a video I would like to watch.

The range of topics they talk about is mind blowing, there is definitely something for everyone.

Sometimes I just put a video on in the background while I’m getting ready. This way, without me even knowing, I’m taking in the information. But more often than not, I will sit and watch the video, put away any distractions and really concentrate on what I’m watching.

It is a very inspiring channel and gives you the motivation we all need at all times in our lives. Listening to other people’s success stories is my favourite past time, I love hearing about people who have made something of their lives!

So the answer to my question is, yes.. it is most definitely worth watching!
