It’s me again.. with another book review. I’ve read so much over the past couple of months, I’m basically a walking book at this point.
But I didn’t want to bore you all with a book review every time I write a post so I’m spreading them out a little bit. So I figured it was time to drop another book review on you, it’s been long enough right?
You know me and my self help books, well I’ve just finished another. I’m going to need some recommendations soon because I’m slowly running out of books to read.
This book is by an Author called Sarah Knight. An author who’s books I haven’t read before. This is my first, but I do have another of her books to dive into some time soon. I got them in a pack as a gift not so long ago.
I’ve got a list of all the self help books I want to buy and read at some point ‘my book bucket list’ if you will. And this was on there.. It’s an amazing book, not like anything I’ve read before.
She describes it as a ‘let-me-help-you-help-yourself-help-book’ rather than the typical self help book. And let me tell you, it is absolutely bang on. This book isn’t there to say ‘do this, do that’ to make your life better. It’s a guide on ways to let things go, and how you can get your life together in the best and easiest ways possible.
I can’t wait to dive into her next book and then I will be purchasing the other two. I love light-hearted easy self help books, that don’t stress you out as soon as you read the first page.
I’m pretty sure it can be bought almost anywhere, the obvious place being Amazon. So if you’re wanting some new books to read during our time in quarantine, I recommend giving this one a go.
