Good vibes – Good life: Book review

Shock! I’m back again with another Book Review.. And another shock, it’s a self help book!

I’ve read quite a few now, so I think it’s fair to say I’ve kind of got the gist of what they entail (all the ones I’ve read run on the same lines). I tend to go for the books that talk about self improvement, manifestation, law of attraction, the power of gratitude and visualization and give you ways to use your mind to create the life you want.

I like a simple, easy to follow kind of book. Something I can keep going back to whenever I feel the need to refresh my memory. This book is just that, the simplicity of the writing makes absorbing the information so much easier. Let’s be honest, putting the steps from the book into action is complicated enough as it is, without the added pressure of a hard to read book.

Vex king is well known on Instagram for his inspirational quotes. If you like that sort of thing, chances are you will have come across one of his quotes before. I heard about this book all over social media a few months ago and knew I had to have it.

It’s a small compact little book which is very appealing to the eye, small enough to put in your bag so you can have a read in your lunch break or on the train home.. and also small enough to put in your suitcase so you can enjoy a read whilst on holiday. That said, I will definitely be taking this book with me on my travels.

It has a feel good factor when reading, I think the majority comes from the ease of the writing, it gives you a I can actually do this kind of feeling, which is what we all want isn’t it?

The chapters are small but filled with useful information. This makes going back to certain chapters so much easier.. you don’t have to read the whole book all over again. Although I will be doing so very soon. I finished this book within a couple of days, which says a lot because self help books can be a little harder to absorb than a normal fiction book.

Some self help books I’ve read in the past seem a little far fetched. The examples they use kind of throw you off, make you second guess if the stories they use are actually real. This book doesn’t do that, it is full of clear methods and easy to follow steps.

I would recommend this book to anyone, whether it be your first or your tenth book, give it a read.. it’s worth it!

I’ll include a link to the book below;
