Everyone loves an Iced coffee don’t they? Especially one made in the comfort of your own home. I try not to drink too much coffee in one day, but I can’t help myself when they taste this good. A perfect dairy free recipe..
Your favourite glass
Unsweetened Almond milk
I make the coffee first thing in the morning, (you could do this the night before). I put my coffee granules into a measuring jug and boil the kettle. Once the kettle is boiled I pour the water into the jug. I then put it in the fridge and leave it there to chill. You don’t need to do this, room temperature is just fine.
When I’m ready to drink it.. I get my glass, put some ice cubes in (don’t forget to fill up your ice cube tray), you can put in as many as you want. I fill my glass around half way with ice cubes, just enough for the size of glass I use. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice cubes, followed by the almond milk. If you are like me and like your coffee a little sweeter, add a small amount of maple syrup. Give it a good stir, add a straw.. and enjoy!
